The Radio Show

      Amos and Andy as a radio show lasted from 1928 to 1943 when it became a short lived TV show. The radio show ran nightly throughout the United States, Freeman and Charles played the famous characters In Amos and Andy. The show was played out of Illinois and was a show that everyone could relate with. It was one of the most popular shows in the United States and would keep families hooked for about 15 minutes a day.
